The Jugband has been pleasing many audiences and establishments with their variety
of classic Rock-n-Roll, authentic cover jams,
and original music for over 12 years now. Hailed by the
press as the
Jersey Shore's premier retro & psychedelic jam band, The Jugband's playlist ranges from
Classic Rock, Motown and Blues, to Reggae and psychedelic jams
by the Grateful Dead, The Band,
Bob Dylan, The Allman's and many more. We have been
extremely successful in creating and maintaining
a strong local following at the venues we play, as well as a reputation for drawing in patrons from great distances.
We are a professional six piece band featuring electric & acoustic guitars, mandolin,
banjo, piano/keyboards
& organ, bass,
drums/percussion, harmonica, vocals and three part harmony vocals.
We perform a four hour show
and provide our own sound system and lighting.
